Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a business to order?

No. These plates are for anyone. Homeowners order a single plate with their name and phone number for one mower, and lawn care companies order sets for their equipment. The quantities available are shown in the order form.

I don’t have any artwork. Can you design it?

Yes. In Quick Order, choose Describe a design and tell us what you want on the plate, including any text, numbers or QR details. We email a proof for your approval before engraving.

Can each plate have a different equipment number?

Yes. Choose Describe a design and list the numbers you need, such as MOWER #01 through MOWER #10. We email a proof before engraving. For large orders, contact ENMECA before ordering.

What’s the difference between Quick Order and Design It Yourself?

With Quick Order you tell us what you want and we lay it out. With Design It Yourself you build the plate in our live designer, placing text, artwork and QR codes where you want them, and see the preview before ordering.

What can the QR code link to?

A website, phone number, email address, text message number, plain text or contact information you supply. ENMECA engraves the QR code; it does not host or maintain the destination, so use a link you control and only include details you’re comfortable sharing with anyone who scans it.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes. Choose Upload artwork in Quick Order, or add it in the live designer. Please only upload artwork you have permission to use. Detailed logos may need simplifying to engrave cleanly at this size.

Will I receive a proof before engraving?

When you choose Describe a design, we email a proof for your approval before engraving. If you upload artwork, you can ask us to review it first. Text and QR details are engraved from what you enter, so check them carefully.
