Order Processing Time
All of our products are custom engraved and made to order.
Orders are typically processed and engraved within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing time does not include transit time.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship using USPS from our fulfillment location in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:

USPS Ground Advantage: approximately 2–5 business days

USPS First Class / similar services: approximately 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

package weight and dimensions

shipping destination

selected shipping method
Any handling fees are included in the shipping total shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If a package is delayed in transit, we recommend allowing the carrier additional time to complete delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error may be delayed or returned. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned orders.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability and rates vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
