Keep sensitive details off the outside

We recommend not engraving your complete home address or a firearm’s complete serial number on an exterior tag. A phone number, email address or private contact QR code is usually all someone needs to return a case.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can both sides be engraved?

Yes. Two-sided engraving is included at no extra engraving charge. Customize the front and back separately in the order form.

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes. You can upload separate artwork for the front and the back, and you can ask us to review uploaded artwork before engraving.

Can you create a QR code?

Yes. Choose QR code for the back and enter a URL, email, phone number, text or contact information. We generate the code and engrave it. It only contains the information you enter — it does not track the case.

Can the tag be discreet?

Absolutely. Initials, a monogram, a case number such as “CASE 01,” a club logo or a private contact QR code identify your case without advertising what is inside.

Are these tags only for gun cases?

No. They work on range bags, soft cases, ammo cans, tool and equipment cases, duffels and any other gear you want to identify.

Does the tag replace a case lock?

No. A tag is identification only. It does not replace a lock, secure storage, legally compliant transportation or responsible firearm handling.

Will I receive a proof?

When you choose Describe a design, we email you a proof to approve before engraving. If you upload your own artwork, you can request a review before engraving in the order form.

What attachment is included?

Attachment hardware varies by product. Please check the product listing in our shop for what is included with the tag you choose — attachments shown in photos are for illustration only.
