How It Works

2. Create your design using any of these options:
   • Upload artwork – Upload your logo, QR code, image, or design file and preview it on the card. If the preview doesn't look perfect, that's okay — we review every order before production.
   • Create a simple design – Add text, QR codes, and basic design elements directly on the design page.
   • Generate artwork – Use our AI Prompt Generator to create prompts for ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, or other AI image tools.
   • Describe your idea – Don't have artwork? Simply tell us what you'd like engraved in the Notes section and we will create a design concept and send it to you for approval before production.

QR Codes

QR codes can be engraved and work well on most card colors when properly sized.

For best results:

• QR codes should be large and clearly visible
• Simple codes, such as short URLs, scan most reliably
• High contrast improves scan reliability

Important: Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold cards are not recommended for QR codes because the lower contrast after engraving may reduce scan reliability.

We review all QR codes before engraving to help ensure they will scan correctly.

Design Guidelines

For Logos, Text, QR Codes, and Graphics

• High-contrast artwork works best
• Bold, simple shapes engrave most cleanly
• Avoid extremely small details and very thin lines
• Black-and-white artwork typically produces the sharpest engraving
• Clear, high-resolution files generally provide the best results
